Waypoint Property Inspections brings over 15 years of experience in building, remodeling, general contracting, and project management. Michael Drouin, Owner and Operator of Waypoint Property Inspections, founded the organization and has high standards and expectations for quality and safety, therefore, approaches every property with a detailed focus on health and safety standards.

Welcome to Waypoint Property Inspections, a licensed and certified property inspection company. We are excited that you are considering us as your inspector!

We believe our clients deserve the highest level of customer service and technical expertise. Whether the client is a first-time home buyer with little knowledge of home construction or a builder/engineer seeking detailed responses to technical questions, we can adjust the level of detail and specifics to meet the needs of the client. Waypoint Property Inspections is happy to speak with our client’s agents, builders or other professional representatives (at the client’s request), to help ensure what has been indicated in the report is fully understood.

We encourage our clients to call us with any questions about their property, regardless of how much time has passed since the inspection was performed. We have no “former” clients. Every person we have ever performed a property inspection for is still our client. We understand that our reputation and the satisfaction of our clients is our single and greatest business asset.

					Does not do a complete inspection of the attic, roof and plumbing. Also, did not get radon or termite report. Refused to inspect electrical panel cause he did not want to move a chair.slso, only inspected 25 percent of attic. Con artist

Not only is he very friendly and easy going but he's extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He is licensed to perform wood destroying insect inspections IN Addition! To home inspections and radon testing. Many other inspectors do not have multiple licenses. Mike has past experience with building and contracting on properties which is super helpful when discussing renovations or remodeling that clients want to perform on the property. He's the best!
